Dear ASFG Families,
We are very excited to come together to celebrate one of our community’s most anticipated traditions!
On Friday, October 30, our school will be filled with creativity, music, costumes, and special activities as we celebrate Halloween and Day of the Dead.
Beyond being an opportunity to have fun and spend time together, this celebration allows us to learn about and appreciate different cultural traditions, encourage imagination, and strengthen the bonds that bring us together as a community.
To ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive celebration for everyone, please review the following important information.
Schedule, Campus Access, and Parking
Arrival time: 8:00 a.m.
Parade: 9:00 a.m.

To help ensure the safety of our community, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Parents must use their ASFG ID cards when entering and leaving campus.
Grandparents who do not have an ASFG ID card must register upon arrival and present an official photo ID.
For security issues: School-age children who are not currently enrolled at ASFG will not be permitted to attend.

Let's Celebrate Together!
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in making this a memorable day for our students.
