Admissions Calendar

Priority Admissions Period
The Priority Admissions Period for the 2027-2028 school year will be open from October 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027.

We encourage families to apply during the Priority Admissions Period, as several grade levels reach capacity each year. Applying early provides the best opportunity for admission before spaces become limited.

We can accept applications before then, but no priority is given for advanced contact.

Late Admissions Applications
You can still apply after January 16th, 2027, always depending on space availability.

Mid-year Admissions Applications
Admissions applications from local students for the 26-27 school year close two weeks before school starts. Admissions applications from international students are open during the school year.

Step 3: Evaluations

After the complete application documentation has been received and approved by our Admissions Office, applicants are scheduled for an evaluation. Each grade level has a specific evaluation:

Early Childhood (Nursery, Prekinder and Kinder grade)

  • Students are evaluated in groups on January 21 and 22, 2027, with an additional day on February 19, 2027, for those who are unable to attend in January.

  • After these dates, students applying to ASFG will be evaluated individually by prior appointment.

Grades Prefirst, 1st and 2nd

  • Beginning in December, 2026 (previous appointment)

  • For Prefirst applicants, in addition to the individual evaluation, there will be a group assessment on January 29, 2027.

  • Online evaluations are available for international applicants residing outside of Mexico.

Grades 3rd to 12th

  • Specific dates will be available, either on Saturdays or weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., by prior appointment.

If a student is waitlisted due to limited space, the Admissions Office encourages families to remain on the waitlist. As our annual re-enrollment process is completed in March, additional spaces may become available after that time.

For late admissions applications, decisions are communicated approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the evaluation has been completed.

Step 6: Enrollment

March 1 - March 12, 2027: Enrollment period for applicants who receive an offer of admission on February 19.
Applicants who receive their admissions decision after these dates must complete their enrollment payment within two weeks of receiving their offer.

Note: After enrollment, the Mexican Educational Secretariats (SEJ or UNAM) will requiere additional documentation in order for any mexican school to officially register students in the Mexican Program. (These documentation must be submitted before the beginning of school year in August)
