Raising Children with Confidence: Nurturing a Healthy Relationship Between Food and the Body with Daniela Cantú

Raising Children with Confidence is a workshop for parents who want to help their children develop a healthy relationship with food, their bodies, and everyday habits. Over the course of three sessions, we'll explore intuitive eating, how to build supportive routines without slipping into control, and ways to guide your children with respect—free from guilt or obsession.

✨ Highlights include:

  • Understand what intuitive eating is and how to apply it at home so that children learn to listen to their hunger and fullness cues.

  • Learn how to build healthy habits without falling into control, guilt, or the obsession with “perfect eating.”

  • Identify messages from the environment that affect your children’s body image and how to respond to them.

  • Develop tools to parent with confidence, promoting a healthy relationship with food and body from an early age.
