Dear ASFG Community,
On behalf of ASFG Helps we would like to thank you for your kind and generous donations to ASFG Helps Bodega during our four Open House events. Our shelves are full to respond to natural disasters locations and to community organizations needing support.
A special shout out to participants of Rec Night who brought toothpaste and toothbrushes to the door! And our 6th grade generation who donated a number of items through a unit in their Mexican Program social studies class with Sofia Maurer’s guidance.
This week ASFG Helps will be sending $8000.00 pesos to the Cruz Roja for Veracruz because of the recent flooding. Today, we have put together a large donation for some areas around Puerto Vallarta that have been affected by flooding as well.
In the time of a natural disaster there is often a scramble to respond. Thanks to your generous donations ASFG is able to respond immediately and efficiently.
