Start your day with calm, focus, and intention. Mindfulness helps reduce stress, improve attention, and support overall well-being—benefits for educators, caregivers, and parents alike.

Schedule

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:10 –7:30 a.m.

  • Thursdays (for ASFG parents): 8:00–8:20 a.m.

Location: Early Childhood Multipurpose Room

Open to all adults—no RSVP needed. Just show up!
