e3 Extended Learning

Dear ASFG Community,

At ASFG, learning doesn’t stop when the school day ends. Our Extended Learning Program is designed as a natural extension of the school day—aligned with our mission and vision to develop open-minded, well-rounded, and balanced individuals. By offering a variety of enriching activities, we give students the opportunity to explore their interests, try new things, and develop lifelong skills beyond the classroom.

Extended Learning is the department that brings together all of ASFG’s after-school offerings, including:

  • Co-curricular Sports

  • Language Institute

  • Robotics

  • And the revival of our recreational E3 programs (more details below!)

In addition to student programs, Extended Learning also coordinates adult education at ASFG through the Warrior Parents Academy, offering engaging conferences and workshops for parents throughout the year.

Registration for the 2025–2026 student after-school programs will open on Monday, June 2 at 12:00 p.m.

All registration will be completed through the Parent Portal on the ASFG website. This centralized platform will allow families to explore all available options, view program schedules, fees, and submit payment—all in one convenient place.

Below you will find more information about our new E3 program. Taking a look at the schedules for E3 and our other Extended Learning Programs—Sports, Language Institute, and Robotics—ahead of time will make it easier to plan before registration opens on June 2.

We hope this streamlined process will support your planning for the upcoming school year. The after-school programs will officially begin on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

Warm regards,
The Extended Learning Team

Introducing the E3 Program:

We’re excited to announce the return of our E3 Extended Learning Program!

Before the pandemic, ASFG offered a rich variety of after-school enrichment classes through our E3 program—and this year, we’re thrilled to bring it back. E3 stands for Explore, Express, Expand, and that’s exactly what these classes are all about. Open to students from Pre-first through 11th grade, E3 offers hands-on, creative, and skill-based classes that go beyond academics and sports—think gardening, cooking, visual arts, theater, design, music, science, and more.

With options that appeal to a wide range of ages and interests, the E3 program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and help students discover new passions. Most of these classes will be taught by ASFG teachers, ensuring high-quality instruction in a fun, inclusive environment.
