WWW TRIP SIGN UP PROCESS

Please read WWW Trip Sign Up Process (click on the blue phrases):

To sign up follow the next steps:

1. Hand in the WWW Documents to the trip leaders or Ms. Jocelin Diaz:

National Trip (9th Grade: Mexico City)

O 2 copies of student’s passport or traveling ID such as birth certificate, etc.

O 2 copies of student’s FM2/FM3, etc. (only for foreign students)

O 2 copies of student’s medical insurance card (front and back)

O 2 copies of the National ASFG Traveling Permission Form

  • If your traveling ID or medical insurance needs to be renewed, please include a note explaining this when you hand in your documentation.
  • We will not accept incomplete folders.

International Trip (10th-11th Grade: Europe / 10th, 11th and 12th Grade: College Trip)

O 2 copies of student’s passport

O 2 copies of student’s visa

O 2 copies of student’s FM2/FM3, etc. (only for foreign students)

O 2 copies of student’s medical insurance card (front and back)

O 2 copies of the International ASFG Traveling Permission Form

  • If your passport, visa or medical insurance needs to be renewed please include a note explaining this when you hand in your documentation.
  • We will not accept incomplete folders.

2. The HS Administration will evaluate if you meet the WWW Eligibility criteria (October 26th).

  • If you do not meet the traveling criteria Mr. Zink will contact you via e-mail.

3.  Ms. Jocelin Diaz will contact you via e-mail (October 27th) confirming the status of the trip.

  • Trips have limited space (30 students max.).
  • If there are more than 30 students who turned in the WWW Documents Ms. Jocelin Diaz will contact you via e-mail indicating that a raffle system will be held on Monday (October 30th) in the Auditorium.  When the raffle system is finalized you should know if you are on the waiting list or not.
  • Take into account that if you are on the waiting list you still need to make your down payment.  Ms. Jocelin Diaz will confirm with you afterwards if you can or can’t join the trip.

4. Pick up your payment slip/pass in the HS Office between November 1-3.

5. Turn in your payment slip/pass and make your down payment at the school’s cashier (no cash) between November 1-3.

  • 9th Grade-Mexico City: $5,000 pesos
  • 10th - 11th Grade-Europe (Germany, The Czech Republic, Poland and Austria): $1,200 USD
  • 10th and 11th Grade-College Trip (Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and New York): $1,200 USD

 

Parents that owe debts to the school for tuition or anything else will not be permitted to make a payment for a trip until the other debts are cleared.

 

Without the payment slip/pass the school’s cashier will not accept your payment.

 

No payments at banks/automatic payment will be accepted for the down payment.  You need to pay at the school´s cashier.

 

Please remember

  • You sign up for a trip if you: 1. Hand in the documents. 2. Meet the traveling criteria. 3. Turn in your payment slip/pass and make your payment at the school’s cashier.
  • Turning in all the required documents does not mean you are obliged to make the payment.
