Estimados Padres de Familia de Preescolar:

Es un gusto invitarlos a las mini olimpiadas de preescolar del 2010, organizadas por el departamento de Educación Fisica  y Deportes. Los alumnos participarán en un circuito donde mostrarán las habilidades que han adquirido durante el ciclo escolar, de una manera no competitiva y si muy divertida donde todos participan y reciben una medalla por el esfuerzo.

Les estamos pidiendo que los alumnos se vistan ese día con los colores del colegio, (rojo, azul y blanco) y que los manden con una gorra, bloqueador solar y una botella con bebida.

Los invitamos a que tomen fotos y video del e vento, y tambíen que apoyen a sus hijos ese día! El evento se llevará a cabo en el Área Verde detrás de la sección de primaria, de 8:30 a 10:00 a.m. con el siguiente horario

Lunes 7 de junio:                       Maternal 1 y 2
Martes 8 de junio:                     PK/K9 PK 4, K6 & K7
Miércoles 9 de junio:                 PK/K10, PK 5, PK/K8 & K3

Este es un día con horario normal y si desean llevarse a su hijo después de este evento, tendrán que recoger un pase en la oficina.

Dear Early Childhood Parents,

We are pleased to invite you to our annual Early Childhood Mini Olympics organized by our school’s Physical Education and Sports Department.  Students will demonstrate skills they have learned this year during PE class in a fun, non-competitive event where every child participates and receives a medal.

We are asking that students dress in school colors (red, white, and blue) and that they are sent to school with a cap, a bottle of water, and sunscreen.

Parents are welcome to take pictures and video and cheer all you can!  The Mini Olympics will be held in our ASFG Green Area behind the Elementary section from 8:30 to 10:00 am according to the following schedule:

Monday, June 7:                          Nursery 1 & 2
Tuesday, June 8:                          PK/K9, PK4, K6 & K7
Wednesday, June 9:                     PK/K10, PK 5, PK/K8 & K3

This is a regular school day starting at 7:45 am and with a regular 1:00/1:15 pm dismissal.  Parents wishing to take their child home after the Olympics will be asked to get a pass from the EC office.
