Thank you for your interest in the American School Foundation of Guadalajara.

ASFG welcomes all qualified applicants for available spaces. The school does not discriminate in offering access to its educational programs and activities on the basis of race, color, gender, nationality, religion, creed, sexual orientation, or family structure.

As ASFG receives many more applications from qualified students than we have spaces available, our admission process is highly selective.

The Admissions Committe will make a recommendation about applications only when all documentation has been received and testing has been completed.

Due to the high number of information requests at this time of the year, we would appreciate it if you call for an appointment for information and tours.

ASFG invites you to attend our EARLY CHILDHOOD INFORMATIONAL SESSIONS November 18th and January 13th from 19:00–21:00, and our PRE-FIRST (P1ST) INFORMATIONAL SESSION January 19th from 8:30–10:30, followed by a tour at 10:30.

All applications must be received no later than January 22nd, in order to be considered for entrance to the 2010-2011 school year. Applications received after that time will be handled on a wait-pool basis. Remember, we cannot accept any incomplete application documentation. 

Exams will be scheduled as follows:

• Early Childhood applicants: evaluated in groups, January 28 - 29.
• P1st– 3rd grade applicants: (individually) January 7 - 25.  Also, all P1st applicants must participate in a second evaluation in groups on January 29, at 1:00 p.m.
• 4th-12th grade applicants: Saturdays, January 16 or 23.

ALL ADMISSION DECISIONS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON FEBRUARY 18, 2010
