EDUCATIONAL GUARANTEE

Every student enrolled at ASFG is benefited by an insurance policy that covers his/her annual inscription and tuition fees at our school through 12th grade in case of the death of his/her insured parent. A brief summary of the guidelines for this coverage is as follows:

• That the parent financially responsible for the student's education has signed and submitted the consent form (one per student) for the current school year, and submitted a copy of his or her official photo identification as well.
• That the family in question be up to date in all school payments.
• That the insured parent be no older than 69 years of age.
• That the nature and circumstances of the death be acceptable to the insuring company.

TO CLAIM THE INSURANCE POLICY:

• You will need to turn in all the paperwork required by the insurance company. The General Services Department at ASFG can provide you with this information and help you through this process.

SOME MOTIVES FOR SUSPENSION OF THIS INSURANCE COVERAGE.

• If the student is expelled from our school for misconduct or poor grades during the coverage of the insurance policy.
• If the student interrupts his studies.
• If the student or parent(s) does not follow the rules stipulated in the ASFG student manual.
